K-DYNE GUARANTEE

K-Dyne, Inc. grants the purchaser of its products a conditional money back guarantee for two (2) years from the date purchased. This guarantee is in addition to our warranty and offered for purchases from authorized K-Dyne distributors.

The following conditions apply for any refund transaction to occur:

The product must be purchased directly from an authorized distributor of K-Dyne products.

Level switches must be used in applications and environments as stated in the most current K-Dyne product literature at the time of the purchase. Deviations for using the product in ways or applications outside those specified in the product literature must be approved in writing by K-Dyne, Inc. prior to the purchase.

Handling, installation, operation and maintenance of the product shall be performed as recommended or required in the manufacturers current product literature.

The distributor from which the product was purchased must be notified in writing by the purchaser of the undesirable operation or condition that the product is displaying. The distributor shall be given an opportunity to rectify any such condition per our product warranty within thirty (30) days after receiving a written notice.

Should the distributor warranty actions fail to rectify the product operation problems than the purchaser may return the units to the manufacturer pre-paid. The product must be free of damage except for normal wear and tear.
